Eating Right and Exercising to Stay Healthy

Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to run, swim, or ride a bike because these exercises help the heart stay strong and keep the body in good shape. Other people like to stay healthy by eating vegetables, fruit, and fish because these foods give the body the vitamins and energy it needs. In order to stay healthy and enjoy my life, I like to exercise and eat right. For example, I like to run, do jumping jacks, and ride my bike. My Spring Holiday Plans

  Every year in Taiwan, we have several different holidays. This year, from April 3rd through April 6th, we have our Spring Break holiday. During this holiday, my family typically visits our grandparents’ home, where we gather for a big meal and spend quality time together. We also take part in Tomb Sweeping Day traditions by cleaning the graves of our ancestors and making offerings. Sometimes, we go on a short trip to enjoy nature and relax. Other people like to take vacations to famous attractions such as Kenting or Alishan. Some enjoy hiking in the mountains, while others prefer visiting temples or going to night markets. Many families also use this time to rest at home and catch up on their favorite TV shows. This year, my plans are as follows. On the first day of the spring holiday, I’m going to Sun Moon Lake.
